I did an earlier review, and I have to say I was in error. I was very frustrated with problems with my car, and wrote the review before we had everything worked out. I had a P0016 error, and most likely something to do with timing. When they explained it to me, it was very clear, and will take more diagnostic work to get to the root of the problem. I will definitely bring the car back, when I am able to get the next steps done. They did a great job. It is hard working with a frustrated customer, and they did well. If you happened to read my earlier review, ignore it. It was not valid or accurate. 10 out of 5!

Ray & Roy's advertises their trained professionals will take care of your car repairs and maintenance and that their goal is to have Happy Customers. But we found their care reached far beyond the repair of a vehicle. We had a car towed to their shop that belongs to a family member with dementia. Shawn treated our family member with kindness and patience when explaining that the car was beyond repair, and maintained a courteous and helpful attitude throughout a difficult situation. He even called later to find out if we made it home in the barely driveable car. We will be taking our vehicles to this shop in the future. Thank you Shawn, from a Happy Customer.
