If there is a downside...it is that they are busy...and it does take some time to get in. I appreciate the advisory phone calls after a diagnosis...never a big surprise . Took my 2008 F250 to Ray & Roy's a few weeks after not having any luck at the local Ford dealership. Took my truck to the Ford dealership twice and they still couldn't resolve the issue that I was having so I gave up and went to Ray & Roy's. These guys identified and fixed the issue in short order. These guys are real professionals and they know their stuff. Best decision that I ever made! I highly recommend Ray & Rays. Wish I would have know about them years ago.

Again. Ray and Roy's comes thru! Got a check engine light, coded it (with my coder), and looked like I needed to replace fuel injectors. Took it in and left it for them to diagnose. Lo and behold, it turned out to be a bad spark plug wire and cracked air intake boot! Much cheaper than I was originally quoted., and had it back before Veteran's Day. Thanks to Charlie, Sean and the tech who worked on it!

Had put off some maintenance work on a Toyota 4Runner with over 200,000 miles. Ray & Roy's completed the work timely and even dealt with an after-visit injector issue not related to the original work. Price was reasonable given the extensive work done. Kudos to Charlie and Shawn for great communications and work!

Thank you so much for the great work you did on my vehicle. My Jeep hasn't sound or ran that good since I bought it. The hard work that was put into getting my Jeep to perform its best is greatly appreciated. I cannot thank you enough, Shawn. I will recommend Ray and Roy's to everyone. I asked around first, and was told by OTHER SHOPS to take my mint condition ‘88 Crown Victoria LTD to Ray & Roy’s for the servicing it required after sitting untouched in a collector’s museum for 10 years. That included replacement of the fuel pump, sending unit, all the fluids, and some associated gaskets. I’m also having them replace the serpentine belt. These guys obviously know what they’re doing. They’re fast, friendly, and their parts and labor charges are reasonable. Ray & Roy’s Auto Repair is my new go-to shop—no doubt about it. Five stars all the way!

Our van was acting up after we left Target late afternoon on New Year's Eve, so we headed to Ray and Roy's right down the street, west of Target. By the time we reached the parking lot, it just quit. The shop was closed, so we put the van key in their door slot. When Monday morning came around, they called, found the problem, ordered parts and the van was ready by 2 pm. We were very happy with their service.
