My parents have been taking their vehicles here for years. I came into town for the holidays and had a full service fluid change done at a quick shop. They spent all day and couldn't get it finished for various, irritating reasons. I had it towed to R&R and I'm glad I did. They had it repaired in an hour. I live a few hours out of Spokane but I'll definitely schedule my major repairs with Ray & Roys. I usually don't listen to my parents' advice at 45 yrs. old but I'm glad I did. This time.... They run a great shop with great customer service. Now I know why my parents recommended them so highly.
