We are about 10 hrs away from home, my battery light kept coming on, I called and talked to Shawn on the phone. He was great, even though he was booked out for 2 weeks he had me come by the shop so he could run some diagnostics. I ended up needing a new alternator, he was amazing and moved some stuff around to see what he could get done for me. He said he might need my car for a couple of days to get it done, because my alternator is in a real pain in the butt area! He had it in and out the same day!! I was very impressed with Shawn, he was very personable, knowledgeable, and gets the job done! I would definitely recommend this shop. If I'm ever back in Spokane and need a mechanic shop this is the one!
