Ray & Roy's advertises their trained professionals will take care of your car repairs and maintenance and that their goal is to have Happy Customers. But we found their care reached far beyond the repair of a vehicle. We had a car towed to their shop that belongs to a family member with dementia. Shawn treated our family member with kindness and patience when explaining that the car was beyond repair, and maintained a courteous and helpful attitude throughout a difficult situation.
